Was kostet Odoo für ein Studio?

Odoo Community ist kostenlos, Odoo Enterprise wird pro internem Nutzer lizenziert, also pro Person aus eurem Team. Mitglieder, die über das Portal buchen, kosten keine Lizenz. Dazu kommt die Einführung, die wir im Erstgespräch transparent kalkulieren.

Können wir von unserer bisherigen Studiosoftware wechseln?

Ja. Wir übernehmen Mitglieder, Verträge, Kurskarten und Kurse aus eurer bisherigen Software oder aus Excel und planen den Umstieg so, dass der Kursbetrieb weiterläuft.

Bekommen unsere Mitglieder eine App?

Can members book spots?

Yes. With Odoo Appointments, equipment such as reformers is set up as resources. Members then book a specific spot, and Odoo prevents double bookings.

What does Odoo cost for a studio?

Odoo Community is free, Odoo Enterprise is licensed per internal user, i.e. per person on your team. Members who book via the portal do not need a licence. On top of that comes the implementation, which we calculate transparently in the initial consultation.

Can we switch from our current studio software?

Yes. We migrate members, contracts, class passes and classes from your current software or from Excel and plan the switch so that classes keep running.

Do our members get an app?

Members book via the customer portal, which works like an app on a smartphone. There they see their bookings, contracts and invoices.
